The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Tags must be attached
Item must be returned in original packaging
Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection by customer
Slight color variations due to lighting/screen differences
Sale or discounted items
Custom-stitched or customized orders

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified about approval or rejection
If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued via:

Original payment method
Store credit (if applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer exchanges instead of refunds in most cases.
If you need a different size:
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
Exchange will be processed after item inspection
